A Little About Me.

My goal is to give my clients a transformative experience. I bring over 20 years of experience as a coach and facilitator.  I have an BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and an MA in Organizational Psychology from William James College.  I spent years as a skilled HR professional and earned the SPHR certification. I trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and am a certified Kantor Behavioral Coach.

My corporate career was focused on the Financial Services sector.  I also am an auxiliary coach at Harvard Business School in both career development services and leadership development.

I am a member of the Institute of Coaching and a proud Ace-Up Coach.

I have worked with numerous international clients and professionals seeking to enhance their effectiveness, understand organizational dynamics, and become more self-aware leaders.

As an HR Professional, I am equipped with an understanding of organizational workflows, functions, and leadership. Having transitioned from to coaching, I am passionate in using my experience to serve Leaders, career professionals, and Executives. With the right amount of motivation, I am able to help clients become aligned with their vision and service.

With my years in an organizational setting combined with my education, I can easily identify drawbacks that can limit growth and prosperity. I strive to eradicate the paradigm of business executives struggling to navigate their ever-evolving industries. By preparing my clients with appropriate strategies and creative solutions, they are able to improve their productivity and team efficiency. I love being an integral part of their success and growth, and value every opportunity to share their dreams and hopes for a brighter future. My clients trust me to deliver a collaborative and high-touch coaching approach.

I am passionate about helping people and understand the challenges of first generation successes. I come from humble circumstances and was the first high school graduate in my family, and later earned BA and MA degrees. Beyond my coaching career, I reside in coastal New England where I enjoy the refreshing rocky ocean landscape and boating adventures. I enjoy walking the beach, reading, writing, gardening, and spending time with family, friends and pets. I am an avid learner with interests in books ranging from personal development, spirituality, and psychology.
